Terms of Service and End User License Agreement Agreement (EULA) for Local Social Link™ Clients

Agreement between clients of www.SmallBusinessRainmaker.com and  Success Publishing and Marketing LLC

In addition to the Terms of Service for this website, the following terms also apply to Local Social Link™ purchasers. Your purchase of Local Social Link™ means that you understand, agree with and consent to the following:

Terms that apply only to purchasers of the Local Social Link™ monthly posting service.

•  You agree to pay for a minimum of 2 months of Local Social Link™ services.

•  You agree that payment for each month is payment in advance for that month and is not refundable.

•  You agree that you may cancel any time after your initial 2 month minimum is complete. To cancel, simply send us an email from the email address with which you purchased the Local Social Link™ service.

•  You agree to assign us the role of "Editor" on your Facebook company page. This allows us to post Local Social Link™ content on your behalf to your page. You can remove us from that role at any time. Removal as editor does not nullify the 2 month minimum as stated above.

•  You agree also to the terms below.

Terms that apply to all Local Social Link™ products.

•  You agree to send us your logo (optional) and/or website URL (or company name) to be used on the Local Social Link™ images provided by us. At least one item is required to brand the images for your company.

•  You agree that the information, logos or graphic design material you provide to our company can safely and legally be used, and does not violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or any applicable laws of the United States or the state of New Jersey. You agree not to provide any sensitive or proprietary information that cannot be included in your graphics or animations.

•  You agree to allow our graphic design team to use their discretion to position and size your logo and URL as needed to suit each image. Depending on your logo and length of URL, some images may only have room for one item such as a logo only or URL only. Every image will have at least one of your identifying marks.

•  Changes to Images - Edits or alterations to the images provided by us, other than the addition of your logo and/or URL/company name, are not included as part of the Local Social Link™ service (unless it is a typographical error made by us.)

Additional image editing, if required by you, is readily available and billed separately at an hourly rate of $75/hour.

•  Images Preview - If you would like to preview the images for the niche after your purchase, reply to your welcome email with your request. We'll send you a preview link. If there are any images you prefer not to use, simply let us know the image number and we'll remove it from the rotation.

The image preview does not include your logo or URL.

•  Intellectual Property Rights –All branded images received by you are licensed for your personal use.  You may re-use and re-share them on other social media channels, except in any manner that might infringe upon the Intellectual Property Rights mentioned below. You may not sell them. You may re-brand them as long as it is for your company or personal use.

All supporting proprietary materials included with your Local Social Link™  purchase are licensed for your personal use only. You agree that you have no right to, and will not, use, reproduce, share or distribute any of the proprietary materials such as ebooks, tools, techniques and methodologies you receive with your purchase. We pursue legal remedies if our legal advisors believe our property rights have been violated.

Refunds - You may request a full refund within 3 business days with the following exceptions:

• No refunds are allowed after we send you an image preview (if one is requested.)
• No refunds are allowed once the images have been delivered or the posting service has begun.
• No refunds are allowed once the design team begins work on  your images.
